Independent Adjudicator definition

Independent Adjudicator means the person appointed from time to time by the Public Affairs Board Executive Committee for the purposes of fulfilling the functions described in Rules 10 to 12 inclusive.
Independent Adjudicator means the person appointed by the Board of Directors in accordance with Article 41. The Independent Adjudicator may also be the Chief Executive if the Board of Directors so determine under Article 42.4;
