Independent Property Inspector means SA Investor Rentals Proprietary Limited, Registration Number: 2014/186623/07, trading as IGrow Rentals whose representatives shall inter alia carry out inspections of all the sections in the Scheme and act as the liaison between the Purchaser and the Seller for the purposes as contemplated in this Agreement;
