Independent Reports definition

Independent Reports means both the BGEC Report and the GLJ Report and the “Independent Report” means either one of them;
Independent Reports means, collectively, the D&M Report and the GLJ Report.
Independent Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(b).
