D&M Report definition

D&M Report means, collectively, the report as of October 15, 2013 on the Prospective Resources attributable to Certain Oil Prospects for Canadian Overseas Petroleum (Bermuda) Limited in Liberia-Sierra Leone Basin Liberia NI 51-101, and the Report as of October 15, 2013 on the Unconventional Prospective Resources attributable to Certain Leads owned by COPL New Zealand Limited in the License Block PEP 53806 New Zealand 51-101, each prepared by D&M;

D&M Report means D&M’s independent contingent resource report of Alvopetro’s conventional natural gas pool located on Blocks 197 and 198 in the Recôncavo Basin onshore Brazil, dated effective June 30, 2015;

D&M Report means the independent engineering appraisal of Petrominerales’ reserves prepared by D&M, dated February 15, 2013, with an effective date of December 31, 2012;

D&M Report means the report as of May 15, 2012 on the Prospective Resources attributable to Certain Oil Prospects for Canadian Overseas Petroleum (Bermuda) Limited in Liberia-Sierra Leone Basin Liberia NI 51-101, signed June 7, 2012 and prepared by D&M.

D&M Report means the reports of D&M dated effective as of December 31, 2013 assessing and evaluating the Proved Reserves, Probable Reserves and Contingent Resources of Athabasca, as applicable, located in the Birch and Hangingstone areas of Alberta.

D&M Report means the resource report prepared by D&M effective as of December 31, 2014; “Director(s)” means the director(s) of the Corporation;

D&M Report. ’ means the independent engineering evaluation of Enerplus’ U.S. conventional oil, NGLS and natural gas interests prepared by D&M dated February 1, 2007 and effective December 31, 2006, utilizing commodity price forecasts of Sproule (for internal consistency in Enerplus’ reserves reporting) dated December 31, 2006;

D&M Report means the report prepared by D&M on February 26, 2018 entitled “Report as of December 31, 2017 on Reserves and Revenue of Certain Properties in Colombia and Ecuador with interests owned by Canacol Energy Ltd. Executive Summary NI 51-101” dated effective December 31, 2017;

D&M Report means the report dated March 19, 2013 with an effective date of December 31, 2012 prepared by D&M regarding five prospects located on the offshore portion of the Corentyne PPL;
