D&M Report definition

D&M Report means D&M’s independent contingent resource report of Alvopetro’s conventional natural gas pool located on Blocks 197 and 198 in the Recôncavo Basin onshore Brazil, dated effective June 30, 2015;
D&M Report means the report as of September 1, 2014 on the Prospective Resources attributable to Various Oil Prospects Owned by Canadian Overseas Petroleum (Bermuda) Limited in Liberia, prepared by D&M;
