Independent Verification Agent definition

Independent Verification Agent means the independent entity (or entities) to be engaged by the Program Implementing Entity for the purposes of certifying the achievement of the DLRs as referred to in Section III.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Independent Verification Agent means the competitively selected, independent consultant to be selected and appointed in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2, Section I.F, to this Agreement by the Borrower and TKYB for the purposes of certifying the achievement of DLIs and DLRs.
Independent Verification Agent means the independent entity to be engaged by the Program Implementing Entity for the purposes of certifying the achievement of the DLRs as referred to in Section III.B of the Schedule to the Program Agreement.

More Definitions of Independent Verification Agent

Independent Verification Agent or “IVA” means an independent third party to carry out verification of the achievements the PBCs according to Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Independent Verification Agent means (a) Ernst & Young, (b) such other firm of independent accountants of internationally recognised standing as may be selected by the Portfolio Swap Counterparty from time to time for the purposes of the Portfolio Credit Swap or (c) such other independent third party as the Portfolio Swap Counterparty may select from time to time for the purposes of the Portfolio Credit Swap provided that each Rating Agency has provided written confirmation to the Issuer that its then current rating of the Notes of each Class rated by such Rating Agency would not be adversely affected by such independent third party selection.

Independent Verification Agent or “IVA” means the agent or agents appointed, or to be appointed, by the Program Implementing Entity for the purpose of verifying achievement of DLRs in accordance with Section I.D of the Schedule 1 to the Program Agreement.
Independent Verification Agent means an independent verification agent engaged pursuant to the Consulting Guidelines to verify the following: (1) whether a household is an Eligible Household; (2) delivery of the service connections to Eligible Households by the relevant PC; (3) compliance with technical standards for the service connections to Eligible Households; and (4) payment of electricity bills by an Eligible Household for three months after the service connection is provided by the respective PC, all as further set out in the Supplemental XXX.
