Independent Verification Agent definition

Independent Verification Agent means the independent entity to be engaged by the Implementing Entity for the purposes of certifying the achievement of the DLRs as referred to in Section III.B of the Schedule to the Operation Agreement.
Independent Verification Agent means the competitively selected, independent consultant to be selected/appointed in accordance with the provision of Schedule 2, Section I.C.6, to this Agreement by the Borrower and TSKB for the purposes of certifying the achievement of DLIs and DLRs.
Independent Verification Agent means the independent entity to be engaged by the Program Implementing Entity for the purposes of certifying the achievement of the DLRs as referred to in Section III.B of the Schedule to the Program Agreement.

More Definitions of Independent Verification Agent

Independent Verification Agent means an independent institution which has been selected based on an established criteria set out in the terms of reference acceptable to the Association, and which verifies the achievement of the DLI and DLRs based on a detailed DLI verification protocol jointly endorsed by the MoHP and the Association.
Independent Verification Agent means (a) Ernst & Young, (b) such other firm of independent accountants of internationally recognised standing as may be selected by the Portfolio Swap Counterparty from time to time for the purposes of the Portfolio Credit Swap or (c) such other independent third party as the Portfolio Swap Counterparty may select from time to time for the purposes of the Portfolio Credit Swap provided that each Rating Agency has provided written confirmation to the Issuer that its then current rating of the Notes of each Class rated by such Rating Agency would not be adversely affected by such independent third party selection.
