Payment of Electricity. Host is responsible for paying all consumption costs for electricity dispensed from the Equipment at the rate paid by Host based on the Host’s then-current Company- tariffed rate.
Payment of Electricity. Without limiting Section 5, Host is responsible for paying all consumption costs for electricity dispensed from the Equipment at the rate paid by Host based on the Host’s then-current Company-tariffed rate; provided, however, Company will provide a separate invoice to the Host for electricity dispensed from the Equipment. Company will install a meter for the Equipment on the Property. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, to the extent that the Florida Public Service Commission approves Company’s rate schedule for Utility-Owned Public Charging for Electric Vehicles (Pilot Program) (No. 8.936) (“Tariff”) permitting Company to directly charge users of the Equipment for use of (including for electricity dispensed from) the Equipment and such Tariff remains in effect, then the foregoing provisions shall not apply and Company shall be responsible for paying all consumption costs for electricity dispensed from the Equipment pursuant to such approved Tariff.
Payment of Electricity. Tenant shall obtain electricity for the Premises directly from the Utility Company. Tenant shall pay directly to the Utility Company the cost of such electricity. Tenant shall have the right to use the electrical facilities that then exist in the Building to obtain such direct electric service (without Landlord having any liability or obligation to Tenant in connection therewith). Nothing contained in this Section 5.4 shall permit Tenant to use electrical capacity in the Building that exceeds the Base Electrical Capacity. Tenant, at Tenant’s expense, shall make any additional installations that are required for Tenant to obtain electricity from the Utility Company.
