Stock Index Futures Contract means a bilateral agreement pursuant to which the parties agree to take or make delivery of an amount of cash equal to a specified dollar amount times the difference between the value of a particular stock index at the close of the last business day of the contract and the price at which the futures contract is originally struck.
Financial Futures Contract means the firm commitment to buy or sell fixed income securities including, without limitation, U.S. Treasury Bills, U.S. Treasury Notes, U.S. Treasury Bonds, domestic bank certificates of deposit, and Eurodollar certificates of deposit, during a specified month at an agreed upon price.
Futures Contract means a Financial Futures Contract and/or Stock Index Futures Contracts.
Commodity Futures Trading Commission means the independent regulatory agency established by congress to administer the Commodity Exchange Act.
Recognised Futures Exchange means an international futures exchange which is recognised by the SFC or which is approved by the Manager.
Futures Contract Option means an option with respect to a Futures Contract.
Commodity means any material, article, supply, goods, or equipment.
Determining Futures Exchange means the options and/or futures exchange, on which respective derivatives of the Underlying (the "Derivatives") are mostly liquidly traded, such options and/or futures exchange shall be determined by the Calculation Agent acting in accordance with relevant market practice and in good faith by way of notice pursuant to § 6 of the General Conditions.In the case of a material change in the market conditions at the Determining Futures Exchange, such as a final discontinuation of derivatives' quotation linked to the Underlying at the Determining Futures Exchange or a considerably restricted number or liquidity, it shall be substituted as the Determining Futures Exchange by another options and/or futures exchange that offers satisfactorily liquid trading in the Derivatives (the "Substitute Futures Exchange"); such options and/or futures exchange shall be determined by the Calculation Agent acting in accordance with relevant market practice and in good faith. In the event of such substitution, any reference to the Determining Futures Exchange in the Terms and Conditions of these Securities shall be deemed to refer to the Substitute Futures Exchange.
Futures Exchange means the exchange or trading system with the highest trading volume of options or futures contracts relating to the Share. If options or futures contracts on the Share are not traded on any exchange, the Futures Exchange shall be the options or futures exchange with the highest amount of options or futures contracts relating to shares of companies having their residence in the country in which the Company has its residence. If there is no options or futures exchange in the country in which the Company has its residence on which options or futures contracts on shares are traded, the Calculation Agent will determine the Futures Exchange in its reasonable discretion (billiges Ermessen) (§ 317 BGB) and will make notification thereof in accordance with § 6 of the General Terms.
Determining Futures Exchangei means the options and/or futures exchange, on which respective derivatives of the respective Basket Componenti (the "Derivatives") are mostly liquidly traded, such options and/or futures exchange shall be determined by the Calculation Agent acting in accordance with relevant market practice and in good faith, by way of notice pursuant to § 6 of the General Conditions.In the case of a material change in the market conditions at the Determining Futures Exchangei, such as a final discontinuation of derivatives' quotation linked to the respective Basket Componenti at the Determining Futures Exchangei, or a considerably restricted number or liquidity, it shall be substituted as the Determining Futures Exchangei by another options and/or futures exchange that offers satisfactorily liquid trading in the Derivatives (the "Substitute Futures Exchangei"); such options and/or futures exchange shall be determined by the Calculation Agent acting in accordance with relevant market practice and in good faith. In the event of such substitution, any reference to the Determining Futures Exchangei in these Terms and Conditions of these Securities shall from then on be deemed to refer to the Substitute Futures Exchangei.
Trading Cushion means the mandatory minimum fifteen (15) Trading Days between Put Dates.
Average Daily Trading Volume means the average trading volume of the Company’s Common Stock in the ten (10) Trading Days immediately preceding the respective Put Date.
Commodities means the Commodities , raw materials, machines, equipments and/or other materials that should be provided by the Supplier to the Buyer under the Contract.
commodity derivatives means commodity derivatives as defined in Article 2(1)(30) of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014;
Recognised Investment Exchange means a recognised investment exchange as defined by section 285 of the Financial Services and Markets Xxx 0000;
Futures means a futures contract which gives the buyer the obligation to purchase a specific asset, and the seller to sell and deliver that asset at a specific future date, unless such contract is terminated prior to such date for any reason;
trading book means all positions in financial instruments and commodities held by an institution either with trading intent or in order to hedge positions held with trading intent;
Raw agricultural commodity means any food in its raw or natural state including fruits that are washed, colored, or otherwise treated in their unpeeled natural form before marketing.
Trading Volume means the volume of shares of the Company's Common Stock that trade between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM, New York City Time, on any Business Day, and shall expressly exclude any shares trading during "after hours" trading.
Agricultural commodity means all agricultural, aquacultural, silvicultural, horticultural, floricultural, or viticultural products, livestock or livestock products, Christmas trees, bees, maple syrup, honey, commercial fish or fish products, and seeds produced in this state, either in their natural state or as processed by the producer of the commodity. The kinds, types, and subtypes of products to be classed together as an agricultural commodity for the purposes of this act shall be determined on the basis of common usage and practice.
Credit Risk Manager Fee The fee payable to the Credit Risk Manager on each Distribution Date for its services as Credit Risk Manager, in an amount equal to one-twelfth of the Credit Risk Manager Fee Rate multiplied by the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans immediately prior to such Distribution Date. Credit Risk Manager Fee Rate: 0.0165% per annum.
Total Return Swap means an agreement between counterparties in which one party agrees to make payments of the total return from underlying asset(s), which may include securities, baskets of securities, or securities indices during the specified period, in return for payments equal to a fixed or floating rate of interest or the total return from other underlying asset(s).
Trading means and includes subscribing, buying, selling, dealing, or agreeing to subscribe, buy, sell, deal in any securities, and "trade" shall be construed accordingly.
Credit Risk Manager’s Fee With respect to any Distribution Date and each Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to the product of (a) one twelfth, (b) the Credit Risk Manager’s Fee Rate and (c) the Scheduled Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the first day of the related Collection Period. Credit Risk Manager’s Fee Rate: 0.015% per annum.
Bulk commodities means the following commodities, when shipped in rail tank cars, tanker trucks, trailers, other bulk wheeled conveyances, or pipelines:
Commodity Exchange Act means the Commodity Exchange Act (7 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.), as amended from time to time, and any successor statute.
