Index Hedge definition

Index Hedge means, collectively, (a) that certain ISDA Master Agreement (MULTICURRENCY-CROSS BORDER), dated as of March 12, 2004, between the Borrower and MSCG, as supplemented by that certain Schedule to the Master Agreement, dated as of March 12, 2004, between the Borrower and MSCG and by that certain Amended and Restated Confirmation, dated as of March 12, 2004, between the Borrower and MSCG, and (b) that certain Guaranty, dated as of March 12, 2004, by Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx for the benefit of the Borrower.
Index Hedge means, collectively, (1) the ISDA Master Agreement (MULTICURRENCY-CROSS BORDER), dated as of March 12, 2004, between the Company and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Capital Group Inc., as supplemented by the Schedule to the Master Agreement, dated as of March 12, 2004, between the Company and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Capital Group Inc. and by the Amended and Restated Confirmation, dated as of March 12, 2004, between the Company and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Capital Group Inc., and (2) the Guaranty, dated as of March 12, 2004, by Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx for the benefit of the Company.

  • As of the date of this Agreement, the indices used to determine the various Applicable Power Prices and Applicable Fuel Prices under this Agreement are the same as those indices used in the Index Hedge (which is designed to provide the Company a hedge against the Daily Spark Spread Amounts hereunder).

Related to Index Hedge

  • Index Level means, in respect of any day and subject to Adjustment Provisions: (a) in respect of an Index(other than a Multiple Exchange Index), the closing level of such Indexat the Valuation Time on such day; and (b) in respect of an Index that is a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of the Index on such day at the Valuation Time as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor each as rounded up to four decimal places (with 0.00005 being rounded up), allas determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Stock Index Futures Contract means a bilateral agreement pursuant to which the parties agree to take or make delivery of an amount of cash equal to a specified dollar amount times the difference between the value of a particular stock index at the close of the last business day of the contract and the price at which the futures contract is originally struck.

  • Index Price on a given date shall mean the weighted average (weighted in accordance with the factors listed above) of the closing prices of the companies composing the Index Group.

  • Forward Hedge Amount means, for any Forward, the amount specified as such in the Placement Notice for such Forward (as amended by the corresponding Acceptance, if applicable), which amount shall be the target Aggregate Sales Price of the Forward Hedge Securities to be sold by the Forward Seller or an Alternative Forward Seller in respect of such Forward, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement or the Alternative Distribution Agreement, as applicable.

  • Average Daily Trading Volume means the average trading volume of the Company’s Common Stock in the ten (10) Trading Days immediately preceding the respective Put Date.
