Stripped Interest Rate For each Mortgage Loan, the excess, if any, of the Net Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan over the Remittance Rate.
Trust Notes As defined in the Introductory Statement.
Fixed Interest Rate means the annual interest rate of five and forty hundredths percent (5.40%).
Class B Additional Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(b).
Assumed Interest Rate means the annual yield payable on the last day of the applicable Calculation Period on ten (10) year United States Treasury obligations in amounts approximating the outstanding principal balance of the Loan on the last day of the Calculation Period plus two hundred fifty (250) basis points per annum; provided, however, that the Assumed Interest Rate shall be not less than six percent (6.0%) per annum.
Additional Interest Rate With respect to any ARD Loan after its Anticipated Repayment Date, the incremental increase in the per annum rate at which such Mortgage Loan accrues interest after the Anticipated Repayment Date (in the absence of defaults) as calculated and as set forth in the related Mortgage Loan documents.
Class C Additional Interest is defined in Section 4.1(c).
Capped Interest Rate is defined in the Note, if applicable.
Current Interest Bonds means Bonds of a Series the interest on which is payable at least annually.
Additional Interest Amount means, with respect to Trust Securities of a given Liquidation Amount and/or a given period, the amount of Additional Interest paid by the Depositor on a Like Amount of Notes for such period.
Assumed Interest Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and Class of Subordinated Certificates, one month's interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Pass-Through Rate for such Class on the applicable Assumed Balance immediately prior to that Distribution Date.
Class A Additional Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(a).
2019 Notes has the meaning set forth in the definition of “2018 Exchange Offers”.
Accreted Interest Interest accrued on a Loan that is added to the principal amount of such Loan instead of being paid as it accrues.
Floating Rate Notes means the Class A-2b Notes.
2028 Notes means the Borrower’s $650,000,000 aggregate principal amount notes due June 13, 2028, issued in June 2023 and July 2023.
Fixed Rate Notes Together, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-4 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes and the Class E Notes.
2022 Notes means the 6.25% Senior Notes due 2022 issued by the MLP and Finance.
Fixed Interest Payment Date means such Business Day, on which the fixed interest is in fact due and payable. This may fall on a Fixed Coupon Date or may shift to the appropriated Business Day – if the Fixed Coupon Date falls on a day which is not a Business Day – based on the application of the adjustment provision as set out in § 5[(4)][(5)][(6)] (Business Day Convention).
2016 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$460,000,000 of 4.25% Convertible Senior Notes Due 2016 issued pursuant to the 2016 Note Indenture.
2029 Notes has the meaning specified in the recitals of this Supplemental Indenture.
Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.
2012 Notes means the 5.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 issued by the Issuer on July 2, 2012.
2018 Notes means the Company’s 7.75% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2018 issued under the Indenture dated December 14, 2010 among the Company, Holdings and the subsidiary guarantors from time to time party thereto and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as Trustee.
2011 Notes means those certain notes issued pursuant to the Note Purchase Agreement dated as of March 22, 2011 among the Company and the purchasers named in Schedule A thereto.
2014 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$399,517,000 of 10.25% Guaranteed Senior Notes Due 2014 issued pursuant to the 2014 Note Indenture.
