Indiana Land definition

Indiana Land means all of those certain tracts of land described on Exhibit A-13 and all of the applicable Seller’s right, title and interest in and to all easements, covenants, servitudes and other rights now belonging, benefiting or appertaining thereto, including, without limitation, any and all air rights, riparian and/or water rights and all oil, gas and mineral rights, streets, avenues, roads, ways, alleys, gaps, gores, waterways, and canals, open and proposed, in front of or adjoining the land.
Indiana Land means the real estate legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto and commonly known as 13942 E. 96th Street, McCordsville, Indiana 46055.
Indiana Land means the real estate legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto and commonly known as 00000 X. 00xx Xxxxxx, XxXxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000.

  • Indian land means the lands of any Indian Tribe or within Indian country.

  • Forest land means all land which is capable of supporting a merchantable stand of timber and is not being actively used for a use which is incompatible with timber growing. The Project must be wholly located in the particular area stated in the federal public law to be considered to be Tribal Land.

  • Federal property means any build- ing, land, or other real property owned, leased, or occupied by any department, agency or instrumentality of the United States (including the Depart- ment of Defense and the U.S. Postal Service), or any other instrumentality wholly owned by the United States, or by any department or agency of the District of Columbia or any territory or possession of the United States.

  • Rental Property means a hotel room, vacation home, or other rental property You booked for Your stay during Your Trip.

  • Timberlands means all the timberlands from time to time owned by the Loan Parties.

  • College property means any property owned, leased, or controlled by a member college of the Virginia Community College System and the administrative office of the Virginia Community College System.
