Indigent Program definition

Indigent Program means a structured program for the provision of indigent support subsidies to qualifying indigent customers in terms of the Council's Indigent Policy.
Indigent Program means the indigent program of NHIP to provide health insurance for Indigents, established by the National Health Insurance Act of 1995, February 14, 1995 (R.A.7875) as amended by R.A.9241, under which Indigents are subsidized partially by LGUs where said Indigents reside.

  • Investment Program means a Person for whom Shipper or a direct or indirect subsidiary of Shipper acts as a general partner, managing partner or manager and the securities of which have been offered and sold to investors.
