Indirect Use definition

Indirect Use with regard to Access Rights for Use granted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement includes the right for a Party and its Affiliated Entities who are granted Access Rights to have a third party make products or render services for the account of and for the use, sale or disposal by the Party or its Affiliated Entities. Prerequisite is that a substantial part of the specifications of such products and/or services have been designed by or for such Party or its Affiliated Entities.
Indirect Use means the use of Results made by another Party (which is not the owner) or a third party by means of assignment of rights or granted licences.
