Individual Advance Rate definition

Individual Advance Rate means (A) for any Eligible Receivable, the lesser of (i) eighty percent (80%), (ii) the Adjusted Originator Net Investment Rate, and (iii) one hundred percent (100%) of the Collateral Valuation Percentage, and (B) for any Ineligible Receivable, zero.
Individual Advance Rate means, for any Collateral Obligation on any date of determination, the “Individual Advance Rate” set forth in the table below across from the relevant asset type for such Collateral Obligation (unless otherwise agreed between the Liquidation Agent and the Investment Manager), in each case subject to the proviso in this definition: Asset Type Individual Advance Rate First Lien Liquid Asset 72.5% First Lien Illiquid Asset 65.0% Unsecured Liquid Asset 65.0% Second Lien Liquid Asset 45.0% Second Lien Illiquid Asset 30.0% Junior Illiquid Asset 30.0% Unsecured Illiquid Asset 30.0% Legacy Energy & Power Asset Such percentage for each Legacy Energy & Power Asset as specified in Annex A hereto Other Eligible Assets Such percentage as determined by the Liquidation Agent in its sole discretion upon approval of such Other Eligible Asset provided that (i) the Individual Advance Rate for any Legacy Energy & Power Assets or Other Eligible Assets will be determined by the Liquidation Agent in its sole discretion (which determination may be based on factors including, but not limited to, lien priority, liquidity, tranche size, industry, asset type and initial dollar price); and (ii) if the Current Market Value of any Collateral Obligation is currently, or on any date after the Trade Date thereof has previously been (for the avoidance of doubt, irrespective of any subsequent increases in the Current Market Value thereof), less than 75.0% of its Initial Market Value, the Individual Advance Rate of such Collateral Obligation shall be permanently reduced by 10.0%.

Examples of Individual Advance Rate in a sentence

  • Each notice of approval of a Portfolio Investment (a copy of which shall be delivered to the Collateral Administrator) shall include the initial Individual Advance Rate and the Initial Market Value for such Portfolio Investment; provided that the initial Individual Advance Rates in respect of the Initial Portfolio Investments and the Initial Market Values of the Initial Portfolio Investments are as set forth in Schedule 5.

Related to Individual Advance Rate

  • Maximum Advance Rate means 80.0%.

  • Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $25,000,000.

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.

  • Inventory Advance Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(y)(ii) hereof.

  • Advance Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.13.

  • Maximum Advance Amount shall not exceed Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) or two hundred (200%) percent of the average daily volume based on the trailing ten (10) days preceding the Drawdown Notice date whichever is of a larger value.

  • Receivables Advance Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(y)(i) hereof.

  • Revolving Interest Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Trustee Advance Rate With respect to any Advance made by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.01(b), a per annum rate of interest determined as of the date of such Advance equal to the Prime Rate in effect on such date plus 5.00%.

  • Maximum Loan Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the percentage set forth in the related Mortgage Note as the maximum Loan Rate thereunder.

  • Overadvance Amount has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.4(f).

  • Net advance amount means the gross advance amount less the aggregate amount of the actual and estimated transfer expenses required to be disclosed under section 3(e).

  • Funding Rate means any individual rate notified by a Lender to the Facility Agent pursuant to sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (a) of Clause 10.3 (Cost of funds).

  • Gross advance amount means the sum payable to the payee or for the payee's account as consideration for a transfer of structured settlement payment rights before any reductions for transfer expenses or other deductions to be made from such consideration.

  • Loan Rate for any Mortgage Loan and on any day means the per annum rate of interest applicable under the related Credit Line Agreement to the calculation of interest for the day on the Asset Balance of the Mortgage Loan.

  • Maximum Revolving Loan Amount means, as of any date of determination, the lesser of (a) the Revolving Loan Commitment(s) of all Lenders minus the Letter of Credit Reserve and (b) the Borrowing Base minus the Letter of Credit Reserve.

  • Aggregate Loan Group Balance As to any Loan Group and as of any date of determination, will be equal to the aggregate of the Stated Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in that Loan Group, except as otherwise provided, as of the last day of the related Collection Period.

  • Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to any Transfer Date, the amount, if any, by which the Portfolio Yield for the preceding Monthly Period exceeds the Base Rate for such Monthly Period.

  • REMIC I Overcollateralized Amount With respect to any date of determination, (i) 1% of the aggregate Uncertificated Balance of the REMIC I Regular Interests (other than REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTP) minus (ii) the aggregate Uncertificated Balance of REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM5, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM6, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM7, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM8, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM9, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM10, in each case as of such date of determination.

  • Advance Rates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a) hereof.

  • Term Loan Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Original Loan-to-Value Ratio With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the ratio of the principal balance of such Mortgage Loan at origination, or such other date as is specified, to the Original Value of the related Mortgage Property.

  • Net Loan Rate With respect to any Mortgage Loan (or the related REO Property), as of any date of determination, a per annum rate of interest equal to the then applicable Loan Rate for such Mortgage Loan minus the related Servicing Fee Rate and the Master Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Adjusted Collateral Principal Amount means, as of any date of determination:

  • Blended Rate means, with respect to any Taxable Year, the sum of the effective rates of tax imposed on the aggregate net income of the Corporate Taxpayer in each state or local jurisdiction in which the Corporate Taxpayer files Tax Returns for such Taxable Year, with the maximum effective rate in any state or local jurisdiction being equal to the product of: (i) the apportionment factor on the income or franchise Tax Return filed by the Corporate Taxpayer in such jurisdiction for such Taxable Year, and (ii) the maximum applicable corporate tax rate in effect in such jurisdiction in such Taxable Year. As an illustration of the calculation of Blended Rate for a Taxable Year, if the Corporate Taxpayer solely files Tax Returns in State 1 and State 2 in a Taxable Year, the maximum applicable corporate tax rates in effect in such states in such Taxable Year are 6% and 5%, respectively and the apportionment factors for such states in such Taxable Year are 60% and 40%, respectively, then the Blended Rate for such Taxable Year is equal to 5.6% (i.e., 6% times 60% plus 5% times 40%).

  • Revolving Loan Termination Date means the earlier of (a) the fifth anniversary of the Funding Date and (b) the date of termination in whole of the Aggregate Revolving Loan Commitment pursuant to Section 2.05(a) or Section 9.01 hereof.
