Individual Employed by the Company definition

Individual Employed by the Company means any employee of the Company with whom the Employee dealt in the course of performing the Employee’s job duties at any time during the preceding twelve (12) months (or, if after the Employment Termination Date, the last twelve (12) months of the Employee’s employment with the Company).
Individual Employed by the Company means any employee of the Company with whom the Participant dealt in the course of performing the Participant’s job duties at any time during the preceding twelve (12) months (or, if after the Date of Termination, the last twelve (12) months of Participant’s employment with the Company).

Related to Individual Employed by the Company

  • employed person (“person cyflogedig”) means an employed person within the meaning of Annex 1 to the Swiss Agreement;

  • Public employer means the State of Oregon, and the following political subdivisions:

  • Casual Employee means an employee who has no set hours or days of work and who is normally asked to work as and when required.

  • Permanent part-time employee means a person who is appointed to work hours that are less in number than a full-time employee and who is appointed as such in accordance with section 37(3)(a) of the State Service Act 2000.

  • Regular Part-Time Employee means an employee who is appointed to a regularly scheduled position but works less than full-time. A regular part-time employee is entitled to all benefits outlined in the agreement on a pro rata basis, except where otherwise specified.

  • Transferred Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).
