Individual Incentive Award definition

Individual Incentive Award means the amount paid to a Participant pursuant to this Plan, which amount shall be determined pursuant to Section 3.5 hereof and which award shall not exceed the lower of: (a) twice the amount of a Participant's Target Award; or (b) the Participant's Target Award allocable to the Product Pool multiplied by a percentage equal to twice the percentage of Target Award paid to Participants in the General Pool. The limitations herein shall not affect amounts distributed under Section 3.3.

Related to Individual Incentive Award

  • Annual Incentive Award means an Award made subject to attainment of performance goals (as described in Section 14) over a performance period of up to one year (the Company’s fiscal year, unless otherwise specified by the Committee).

  • Incentive Award means the right to receive a cash payment to the extent Performance Goals are achieved, and shall include “Annual Incentive Awards” as described in Section 10 and “Long-Term Incentive Awards” as described in Section 11.
