General Pool definition

General Pool means collectively,
General Pool means 85% seats of the sanctioned intake per course, where in the total sanctioned intake 5% seats are being filled up by Non-resident Indian candidates and 10% seats under institutional preference category, and it shall mean 95% of the sanctioned intake per course, where in the total sanctioned intake 5% seats are being filled up by Non-resident Indian cantitates only, and when no admissions are being done under Non-resident Indian and under institutional preference category then it shall mean 100% of the sanctioned intake per course.
General Pool means the City of Los Angeles Pooled Investment Fund General Pool. “Listed Event” shall have the meaning given such term in Section 14 hereof.

More Definitions of General Pool

General Pool. ’ means the general pool of AHB comprising: (i) AHB’s shareholder’s equity together with, following contribution of the Mudaraba Capital on the commencement date of the Mudaraba, the Mudaraba Capital; and (ii) any other sources of funds included in the general pool by AHB from time to time;

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan;
