Individual Lobbyist definition

Individual Lobbyist means one who personally engages in Direct or Grassroots Lobbying. (j) Lobby Day means select days used by organizations, often annual, when members of an organization meet with Public Officials at various levels to advocate on issues relevant to the organization. (k) Lobbying or Lobbying Activity includes both Direct and Grassroots Lobbying, and includes Attempts to Influence activity included in Section 1-c(c) of the Lobbying Act.(l) Lobbying Act means Article 1-A of the Legislative Law.
