Industrial Refuse definition

Industrial Refuse means any refuse generated as a result of manufacturing, maintenance, production and dismantling activities;
Industrial Refuse means wastes arising from, or incidental to the manufacture, processing or like operation in factories, processing plants, industrial processes and manufacturing operations and includes wastes such as putrescible garbage from food-processing plants and slaughterhouses, condemned foods and products, cinders and ashes from power plants and large factories, and miscellaneous manufacturing wastes.
Industrial Refuse means any article, thing, matter or effluent belonging to, or associated with, industry or commerce or concerning or relating to any manufacturing process or concerning or relating to any trade, business, calling or occupation that appears to be waste material and includes, but is not limited to:

Examples of Industrial Refuse in a sentence

  • Residential Refuse and Bulky Waste, Construction Debris and Stable Matter generated at a Residential Unit, unless the context otherwise requires, and Commercial and Industrial Refuse.

  • Contractor shall keep and maintain full and complete records in Contractor’s local office showing all City Industrial Refuse and Recyclables collection business transacted.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to grant permission to Contractor to dispose of collected Industrial Refuse at City’s designated Landfill site at City’s preferred disposal rate for exclusive franchise Refuse.

  • City hereby grants to Contractor a nonexclusive right to provide the services required, and to furnish whatever labor, equipment, materials, and supplies which may be necessary, for the purpose of collecting and picking up Industrial Refuse, and to remove and transport said material to its destination from properties zoned for Industrial use in the City of Santa Xxxxx for a period of time commencing on the Effective Date.

  • Excluded Waste is all Bulky Waste (except as otherwise provided in this Agreement), Large Commercial and Industrial Refuse, Construction Debris, Large Dead Animals, Institutional Solid Waste, Hazardous Waste, Offal Waste, Stable Matter, Vegetable Waste, and Special Waste.

Industrial Refuse means all classes of solid wastes generated in the industrial zoning districts of City, including all waste matter and materials, putrescible or non-putrescible, solid or liquid wastes, except sewage, whether combustible or non-combustible, and including garbage, rubbish, and recyclables, and excluding hazardous wastes.
Industrial Refuse means refuse generated as a result of production, manufacturing, maintenance, fabricating and dismantling activities and the activities of railway marshaling yards, but shall not include noxious waste, builder’s refuse, business refuse, special refuse or domestic refuse;
Industrial Refuse means any article, thing, matter or effluent belonging to, or associated with, industry or commerce or concerning or relating to any manufacturing process or concerning or relating to any trade, business, calling or occupation that appears to be waste material and includes, but is not limited to: Pipes, tubes, conduits, cable, fittings or adjuncts thereof; Containers of any size, type or composition; Rubble and inert fill; Derelict or abandoned motor vehicles, motor vehicle parts and accessories including tires; Derelict machinery and equipment; Articles, things, matter or effluent which is whole or in part or fragments thereof, and derived from or are constituted from or consists of agricultural, animal, vegetable, papers, lumber or wood products; or mineral, metal or chemical products, whether or not the products are manufactured or otherwise processed; Bones, feathers, furs, hides; Paper, cardboard packaging and wrapping; Material resulting from, or as part of, construction or demolition; Sewage.
