INFLUENCE TEST definition

INFLUENCE TEST means the testing process that determine the influence of an external system (CATHETER TECHNOLOGY and PERIPHERAL TECHNOLOGY) on an SIEMENS MR SYSTEM.
INFLUENCE TEST means the testing process that determines the influence of an external system on a MAGNETOM SYSTEM.
INFLUENCE TEST shall be deemed to be met with respect to a Person (the "Investor") investing in a party (the "Investee"), other than by way of commercial or other bona fide lending arrangements, if any one of the following tests is satisfied:
