External System definition

External System means, in relation to an Externally Interconnected Party, the transmission or distribution system which it owns or operates and any Apparatus or Plant which connects that system to the External Interconnection and which is owned or operated by such Externally Interconnected Party;
External System means in relation to an External System Operator, the transmission or distribution system which it operates which is located outside the island of Ireland and any Apparatus or Plant which connects that system to the External Interconnection and which is owned or operated by such External System Operator.
