Informal Resources It is desirable for all parties concerned to make serious attempts to resolve disputes informally.
Geothermal resources shall collectively mean the matter, substances and resources defined in subparagraph 21(a) that are not subject to this Lease but are located on adjacent land or lands in reasonable proximity thereto;
Public resources means water, fish, and wildlife and in addition means capital improvements of the state or its political subdivisions.
Information Technology Resources means agency budgetary resources, personnel, equipment, facilities, or services that are primarily used in the management, operation, acquisition, disposition, and transformation, or other activity related to the lifecycle of information technology; acquisitions or interagency agreements that include information technology and the services or equipment provided by such acquisitions or interagency agreements; but does not include grants to third parties which establish or support information technology not operated directly by the Federal Government. Health and Safety Plan means a documented plan which addresses hazards identified and includes safe work procedures to mitigate, reduce or control the hazards identified;
CMS means the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
