Information Security Requirements definition

Information Security Requirements means the provisions regarding information security set forth in the Information Security Requirements Agreement which is published at the reference in the Quote, if any.
Information Security Requirements has the meaning set forth in Schedule V.
Information Security Requirements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.

More Definitions of Information Security Requirements

Information Security Requirements means the: Australian Government's Protective Security Policy Framework available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx/; Australian Government's Information Security Manual available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx.xx/xxx; and Defence Security Principles Framework dated 31 July 2020 available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxxx, each as amended from time to time;
Information Security Requirements means the cybersecurity and compliance standard defined by Customer;
Information Security Requirements means the information security requirements and protocols specified in Sprout's Privacy Policy;
Information Security Requirements means the specific cybersecurity and information security requirements (if any) set out in Annex D (Cybersecurity and Information Security), if Annex D is expressly incorporated into this Agreement pursuant to Clause 3.1;
