Infrastructure Facility Maintenance definition

Infrastructure Facility Maintenance means all management, engineering, repairs and maintenance, renewals and replacement, and other ancillary services required at all times for the Infrastructure Facility to allow for the ongoing operations and maintenance activities needed at the Facility and to meet the service requirements specified in the Asset Management Program and the handback requirements at the end of the Infrastructure Facility Term.
Infrastructure Facility Maintenance means the customary collection of facility management, engineering, repairs and maintenance, renewals and replacement, and other activities necessary to ensure that the Infrastructure Facility provides an adequate level of service, excluding the activities expressly retained by RIPTA (RIPTA O&M).
Infrastructure Facility Maintenance or “IFM” means all management, engineering, repairs and maintenance, renewals and replacement, and other ancillary services required at all times for the Infrastructure Facility to allow for the ongoing operations and maintenance activities needed at the Facility and to meet the service requirements specified in the Asset Management Program and the Handback Requirements.

  • The Asset Management Program must be completed before the Lead Developer procures the Project’s design-build contractor and Infrastructure Facility Maintenance contractor.

  • During Phase 2 of the PDA, the Lead Developer must issue a request for qualification for the Bus Yard Component and Common Infrastructure design-build and Infrastructure Facility Maintenance contracts.

  • During the PDA Term, the Lead Developer must submit to the SFMTA its Asset Management Program and finalize the scope of work and performance requirements for the Infrastructure Facility Maintenance and the Housing Component property management.

  • The Project would include the joint development partner performing the Infrastructure Facility Maintenance after the Bus Yard Component is substantially completed.

  • This adds weight to SA-SI and commits management to act on findings.

  • The Fixed Budget Limit will not be adjusted to reflect any increases in the cost to design and build the Infrastructure Facility or to perform the Infrastructure Facility Maintenance, except as specified in Section 2.5(b) (Increases to Fixed Budget Limit), unless City provides its consent, in City’s sole discretion.

  • Lead Developer must timely refine and finalize the scope of the Infrastructure Facility Maintenance and develop the Asset Management Program, as required in the PDA Management Plan and the attached Appendix B-2, all of which are subject to City’s prior approval and must be performed in consultation with City.

  • City will collaborate with Lead Developer to ensure the Infrastructure Facility Maintenance will be sufficient to support the SFMTA’s operations and maintenance of the Bus Yard Component.

Related to Infrastructure Facility Maintenance

  • Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.

  • Infrastructure project means any construction or acquisition of treatment works,

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Green infrastructure means a stormwater management measure that manages stormwater close to its source by:

  • Train Loading Infrastructure means conveyors, stockpile areas, blending and screening facilities, stackers, re‑claimers and other infrastructure reasonably required for the loading of iron ore, freight goods or other products onto the relevant Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port; and

  • Train Unloading Infrastructure means train unloading infrastructure reasonably required for the unloading of iron ore from the Railway to be processed, or blended with other iron ore, at processing or blending facilities in the vicinity of that train unloading infrastructure and with the resulting iron ore products then loaded on to the Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port.   • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under §175A of the CAA, as amended.

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Interconnection Construction Service Agreement means the agreement entered into by an Interconnection Customer, Interconnected Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B and in the form set forth in Tariff, Attachment P, relating to construction of Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, and/or Local Upgrades and coordination of the construction and interconnection of an associated Customer Facility. A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.   • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Construction Services Agreement means this Construction Services Agreement, together with any duly authorized and executed amendments hereto.

  • Property management system means the Contractor’s system or systems for managing and controlling Government property.

  • Dry cleaning facility means an establishment with one or more dry cleaning systems.

  • Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.
