Handback Requirements. Upon expiry of the Term, the Contractor shall leave the New Infrastructure and the Existing Infrastructure in the condition required by the Handback Requirements.
Handback Requirements. (a) The Development Entity shall perform the Work so that as of the Termination Date, each CNG Fueling Station Facility meets all of the requirements set out in Section 10.4 (Handback Provisions) of the Technical Provisions (collectively, the Handback Requirements).

Not later than 24 Months prior to the expected Expiry Date, the Parties shall agree on the way and procedure for handback of the Assets and the activity.

At the Expiry Date, Project Company must certify that Elements of the Relevant Infrastructure comply with the Residual Life, testing, inspection and reporting requirements defined in the Agreement, and specifically in Exhibit C. Project Company will be required to provide a reserve of spare parts and supplies typically required during a 60-day period based on MMIS data. The estimated quantities for such parts and supplies must be submitted for MDOT approval in the O&M Work Plan revisions with the final PMP submittal prior to Handback.
