Initial Class B Note Balance means $129,750,000.
Class B Notes means the Class B 5.03% Asset-Backed Notes substantially in the form of Exhibit B to the Indenture.
Initial Class A-4 Note Balance means $75,000,000.
Initial Class A-2 Note Balance means $235,000,000.
Initial Class C Note Balance means $152,941,000.
Initial Class A-3 Note Balance means $380,000,000.
Initial Class A-1 Note Balance means $265,000,000.
Initial Class D Note Balance means $142,370,000.
Class B Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the Principal Distribution Amount times the Class B Percentage for that distribution date, plus any Class B Note Principal Shortfall as of the close of business on the preceding distribution date; provided that the Class B Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount will not exceed the principal balance of the class B notes.In addition, on the class B maturity date, the principal required to be distributed to the class B noteholders will include the amount required to reduce the outstanding principal balance of the class B notes to zero.
Class A-2-B Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-2-B Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.
Accrued Class B Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class B Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.
Class A-2-A Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Class A Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the Principal Distribution Amount times the Class A Percentage for that distribution date, plus any Class A Note Principal Shortfall as of the close of business on the preceding distribution date; provided that the Class A Noteholders’ Principal Distribution Amount will not exceed the outstanding principal balance of the class A notes, less all amounts, other than investment earnings, on deposit in the accumulation account.In addition, on the maturity date for any class of class A notes, the principal required to be distributed to the related noteholders will include the amount required to reduce the outstanding principal balance of that class to zero.
Class A-2 Notes means the Class A-2a Notes and the Class A-2b Notes, collectively.
Class A-2 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-2 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-2 Notes.
Class A-5 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-5 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.
Class A Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes.
Accrued Class C Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class C Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class C Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.
Class A Non-PO Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount distributed in respect of the Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (A) of Section 4.01(a).
Class A-4 Note Balance means, as of any date, the Initial Class A-4 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made on or prior to such date on the Class A-4 Notes.
Class A-4 Notes means the Class A-4 1.04% Asset Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A.
Accrued Class A Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class A Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.
Class C Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Class B Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class B Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class B Notes.
Tranche B Notes is defined in Section 1.
Class B Note Rate means % per annum, computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.
