Initial Designees means each of the Sponsor Designees and GFI Designees (or any successor thereto or replacement thereof selected hereunder), who was designated as such in connection with the closing of the Transactions or thereafter.

Related to Initial Designees

  • Initial Members means those Persons whose names are set forth in the first sentence of this Agreement. A reference to an “Initial Member” means any of the Initial Members.
