Initial Disclosure Schedule means the schedule of exceptions referenced in Exhibit 1.82.

  • The Buyer shall notify the Company and the Seller Representative of the Buyer's acceptance of the contents of the Initial Disclosure Schedule on or before the later of (i) March 10, 2004 or (ii) five (5) business days after the Buyer's receipt of the Initial Disclosure Schedule (in accordance with Section 6.9(a)).

  • Whether school districts have failed to make optimal use of their various taxing powers to generate funding for schools.

  • In the event that such parties are unable to agree as to the contents of the Initial Disclosure Schedule and the Buyer continues to have good faith objections to the contents of the Disclosure Schedule, either the Buyer or both the Company and the Seller Representative may terminate this Agreement.
