Initial Forecast definition

Initial Forecast has the meaning given in Section 4.3.
Initial Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • The remainder of the Initial Forecast shall set forth Buyer’s best estimate of its Product production and supply requirements.

More Definitions of Initial Forecast

Initial Forecast shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 5.6(a).
