Number of Sessions. I ask that you to commit to 8 sessions before realistically evaluating the effectiveness of therapy. After this, the contract can be reviewed, renewed and re-signed. General reviews will occur as we proceed with therapy and these may include changes in dates and times or frequency of sessions. I fully understand that your life circumstances may suddenly change for reasons beyond your control. You may want or need to discontinue therapy with me. Whatever the reason, I respect your decision but ask that you give two weeks’ notice (if possible) so that we are able to discuss your decision and if agreed, bring your therapeutic journey to a planned, safe & meaningful conclusion. Session fees are £30 per 50 minute session (rates are correct as at 1st April 2017). Any changes apply to new or renewed contracts and will be clearly communicated to you in advance.
Number of Sessions. 10.1 Additional placements above the sessions agreed as part of the block contract, may be commissioned by the Council on a sessional basis, at the cost that is agreed by the Council and the Company
10.2 If Customers who are provided with a service under the block contract leave the service, their sessions will be allocated to an individual/s that the Council commission under this block contract on the basis of eligible assessed needs.

Number of Sessions. Building on the retention rate, in this metric, we also look for the number of sessions each player played per day. Please note that the target for this metric might be different for each user for each different game and is hence set by their therapist. This value could also be less than 1 if the prescription defines less than 1 session per day (e.g. 3 sessions per week)

After this, the contract can be renewed verbally for an additional 4 sessions. A review is given every 8th session (or sooner if desired) and may include changes in frequency of sessions. If both therapist and client collaboratively agree that more sessions are necessary to reach your goals, then more sessions (usually 3 – 8) are agreed upon before ending therapy or reviewing the process again. I understand that your life circumstances may suddenly change. You may at any point desire or be obligated to discontinue therapy. Whatever the reason, I respect your decision but ask that you give one weeks’ notice before finishing so that we have the chance to discuss your decision.
