Initial Funding Policy definition

Initial Funding Policy means the initial funding policy established by the Parties in accordance with the Parameters in accordance with Article XVIII and the Pension Benefits Act.
Initial Funding Policy means the initial funding policy established by the Board of Trustees in accordance with the parameters established by the Unions and the Board of Trustees in accordance with Section 20 and the Enabling Legislation.

  • Parameters of the Initial Funding Policy (subject to amendments required to comply with a law or regulation as set out in the Funding Policy).

Related to Initial Funding Policy

  • Trading Policy means the Company’s policy permitting certain individuals to sell Company shares only during certain “window” periods and/or otherwise restricts the ability of certain individuals to transfer or encumber Company shares, as in effect from time to time.

  • Additional Funding has the meaning prescribed to that term in clause 4.3 of this Agreement.

  • Investment Policy means the investment policy from time to time determined by the Commission under the Rules;

  • Pension Funding Rules means the rules of the Code and ERISA regarding minimum required contributions (including any installment payment thereof) to Pension Plans and set forth in, with respect to plan years ending prior to the effective date of the Pension Act, Section 412 of the Code and Section 302 of ERISA, each as in effect prior to the Pension Act and, thereafter, Section 412, 430, 431, 432 and 436 of the Code and Sections 302, 303, 304 and 305 of ERISA.

  • ECB €STR Guideline means Guideline (EU) 2019/1265 of the European Central Bank of 10 July 2019 on the euro short-term rate (€STR) (ECB/2019/19), as amended from time to time;

  • Match funding or “match share” means cash or in-kind (non-cash) contributions provided by the Applicant/Recipient, subcontractors, or other parties that will be used in performance of the proposed project. Match share percentage is calculated by dividing the total match share contributions by the total allowable project cost. “Total allowable project cost” is the sum of the CEC’s reimbursable share and Recipient’s match share of the project costs. Match share expenditures have the following requirements:

  • Investment Guidelines means the investment guidelines approved by the Board, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, as the same may be amended, restated, modified, supplemented or waived pursuant to the approval of a majority of the entire Board (which must include a majority of the Independent Directors).

  • Project Funding Agreement means an agreement in the form of Schedule F that incorporates the terms of this Agreement and enables the LHIN to provide one-time or short term funding for a specific project or service that is not already described in Schedule A;
