Initial Grant Date definition

Initial Grant Date means the date that an Eligible Director is first appointed or elected to the Board.
Initial Grant Date means the date the Company’s registration statement relating to its initial public offering becomes effective, provided that the Board has adopted, and the stockholders approved, the Plan prior to or on such date.

Initial Grant Date means October 27, 2015.
