Initial Investor Amount definition

Initial Investor Amount means the sum of the Class A Initial Investor Amount, the Class B Initial Investor Amount and the Collateral Initial Investor Amount.

Initial Investor Amount means, for any Collateral Series, the "Initial Collateral Amount" of the related Note Series, as defined in the related Indenture Supplement.
