Initial Note B Holders means, individually or collectively as the context may require, the Initial Note B-1 Holder, the Initial Note B-2 Holder and the Initial Note B-3 Holder.

  • Initial Note B Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Initial Noteholders shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Initial Note A-6 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Initial Note A-7 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Initial Note A-1 Holder shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Note B Holder means with regards to any B Note, the Initial Note Holder or any subsequent holder of such B Note, as applicable.

  • Additional Notes means additional Notes (other than the Initial Notes) issued under this Indenture in accordance with Sections 2.02 and 4.09 hereof, as part of the same series as the Initial Notes.

  • Series D Notes is defined in Section 1.

  • A Notes means each Note that has a designation starting with “A”, either individually or in the aggregate as the context may require.
