Initial Obligors definition

Initial Obligors means the Borrower, the Owner, the Parent, TRS and the Lessee.
Initial Obligors means each Borrower and each other Loan Party that filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code on May 26, 2020.
Initial Obligors means the Original Obligors and the Acceding Obligors.

Initial Obligors means the Initial Borrowers and the Initial Guarantors.
