A subsidiary has commitment to pay royalty fees to the Government of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic commencing from the Initial Operation Date to the end of the concession period of the Nam Ngum 2 Hydroelectric Power Project, which will be calculated by multiplying revenue from sales of electricity by the royalty rate for each period as specified under the Concession Agreement.
