Initial Operation Date definition

Initial Operation Date means the date on which operation of the Project begins for the purposes for which it was planned, designed and constructed.

Initial Operation Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(b).

Examples of Initial Operation Date in a sentence

• The first Billing Month with respect to capacity and energy shall commence with the Initial Operation Date and end on the last day of the Calendar Month in which the Initial Operation Date occurs.

• Customer shall provide the Utility reasonable opportunity to inspect the Generation Facility prior to its interconnection and Initial Operation Date and to witness initial testing and commissioning of the Generation Facility.
