Initial Order Date definition

Initial Order Date means as such term is defined in Section 9.3.
Initial Order Date has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.
Initial Order Date means the date on which the Referred Customer initiated its first subscription to Miva Services.

Initial Order Date means the date on which the Borrower submits to HNS its first Base Station Equipment Purchase Order pursuant to the Manufacturing Agreement for the manufacture and delivery of Base Station Equipment to be financed with an Advance pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Initial Order means, collectively, in respect of the Bloom Lake CCAA Parties, the Bloom Lake Initial Order, and in respect of the Wabush CCAA Parties, the Wabush Initial Order;

  • Special order means an order imposing an administrative sanction issued to any party licensed
