Initial Order definition

Initial Order means, collectively, in respect of the Bloom Lake CCAA Parties, the Bloom Lake Initial Order, and in respect of the Wabush CCAA Parties, the Wabush Initial Order;
Initial Order means the initial order granted by the Court on March 12, 2019, as amended and restated as of April 5, 2019 and further amended and restated as of April 25, 2019 and updated by written endorsement on March 6, 2020, which authorized, among other things, the Stay of Proceedings and FTI’s appointment as Monitor of Imperial’s CCAA Proceedings.
Initial Order means an occupation order made by virtue of subsection (1).

  • All notices or other communications required or contemplated in this Agreement must be in writing and shall be effective upon delivery when delivered personally or via email (with confirmation of receipt), or two (2) business days following the date when sent by overnight courier (FedEx or similar), or seventy-two (72) hours after being deposited with the United States Postal Service, postage prepaid via certified mail, addressed to the Parties as set forth in the Initial Order Form.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, each individual Order Form shall have its own Order Form Term, which Order Form Term will not extend past the term of the Initial Order Form without an explicit statement confirming such extension agreed to in writing by the Parties.

  • From time to time, the Parties may decide in their discretion to execute one or more additional Order Forms which shall be substantially in the form of the Initial Order Form and shall incorporate this Agreement by reference.

  • This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date of the Initial Order Form and continue in effect DocuSign Envelope ID: 7EA3383B-4BFA-4110-82A2-8BA12B45852C until all applicable Order Forms between Customer and Organization have expired, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms herein (the “Term”).


More Definitions of Initial Order

Initial Order means the initial order granted on March 12, 2019, by this Court which authorized, among other things, the Stay of Proceedings and FTI’s appointment as Monitor of Imperial’s CCAA Proceedings.
Initial Order means the Order granted by the CCAA Court in the CCAA Proceedings on April 26, 2021, as such Order may be amended, restated, varied or extended from time to time by subsequent Orders, including by the Amended and Restated Initial Order;
