Initial Orders definition

Initial Orders means, on application by the Company, orders by the Court for the purposes of section 236(2) of the Companies Act.

  • Final Approval Order and Judgment means the order in which the Court certifies the Settlement Class, grants final approval of this Settlement Agreement, authorizes the entry of a final judgment, and dismisses the Action with prejudice.

  • New Services Queue Closing Date means each April 30 and October 31 shall be the Queue Closing Date for the New Services Queue comprised of Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests received during the six-month period ending on such date. New York ISO or NYISO: “New York ISO” or “NYISO” shall mean the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. or any successor thereto.

  • Registered Offering Transaction Documents means this Agreement and the Registration Rights Agreement between the Company and the Investor as of the date herewith.

  • General order means such order as applies generally throughout the state to all persons, employments, places of employment or public buildings, or all persons, employments or places of employment or public buildings of a class under the jurisdiction of the department. All other orders of the department shall be considered special orders.
