Initial Projects definition

Initial Projects means those Projects set forth in EXHIBIT B (Initial Projects and Initial VPRA Funding Commitments) to be undertaken by the Commissions, which constitute the initial group of Projects for which VPRA will provide VPRA-Supplied Funding under this Agreement.

Initial Projects means the 3D Seismic Shoots, Railroad Crossing, Sales Meter Upgrade, Change Out Compressors and Upgrade Dehydrator at Facility as defined in the initial Work Plan (as defined below).

Examples of Initial Projects in a sentence

• The Parties acknowledge that Project Details concerning the Initial Projects (if any) will be agreed and entered into contemporaneously with this Agreement (including Third Party Project Agreements in the event of third party participation).

• Subject to this Agreement and the Grant Agreement, selection of Project Partners to participate in a Project (other than the Initial Projects) is a decision for the CRC Board in its absolute discretion.

• Any Council that considers the adoption of a CIL will consult with the other partner Councils and have due regard to their representations before coming to a decision regarding the adoption of a CIL charging schedule and how collected CIL monies are allocated to the Initial Projects and subsequent projects.

• The first such payments will arise in respect of the Initial Projects, which will be unlocked by the HIG Funding.

• All work on the Initial Projects has been completed consistent with the Base Case Projections, as amended or modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

More Definitions of Initial Projects

Initial Projects means the [*****] Project, the [*****] Project, the [*****] Project and the [*****] Project.

Initial Projects the Sapphire RNG Project and the Emerald RNG Project.

Initial Projects means the Projects that are specified in item 8 of the Centre Details. Intellectual Property or IP includes all copyright (including rights in relation to phonograms and broadcasts), all rights in relation to inventions (including patents), plant varieties, trade marks (including service marks), designs, circuit layouts, all other rights resulting from intellectual activity in the industrial, scientific, literary or artistic fields and any right to have confidential information kept confidential, but does not include Moral Rights or rights of performers.

Initial Projects. Initial Projects" means the Projects within the Target Market acquired by DEVCO Entities pursuant to Section 3.1 hereof.

Initial Projects means, collectively, the Magic Valley Project, the South Point Project, the Xxxxxx Project and the Xxxxxxxxx Project, each individually, an "Initial Project."

Initial Projects means (i) the Maryland Solar Project, (ii) the Solar Gen 2 Solar Project, (iii) the Lost Hills Solar Project, (iv) the Xxxxxxxxx Solar Project, (v) the North Star Solar Project, (vi) the RPU Solar Project, (vii) the Quinto Solar Project, (viii) the UC Xxxxx Solar Project, (ix) the Macy’s Solar Project, and (x) the Residential System Portfolio, (xi) the Xxxxxxxxx Project and (xii) from and after the consummation of the Stateline Project Acquisition, the Stateline Project.

Initial Projects means the Projects described on Exhibit G attached hereto, which are acquired, or are to be acquired, as the context may require, by a New Venture in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement on or after the date hereof. Set forth opposite each Initial Project on Exhibit G attached hereto are (x) the Limited Partner’s required PGGM Proportionate Interest in such Project, and (y) the approved purchase price for such Initial Project (together with all approved closing costs and BHMF GP legal fees and out‑of‑pocket expenses related thereto).
