Initial Reserve Amount definition

Initial Reserve Amount means an amount equal to 1.0% of the Aggregate Outstanding Net Eligible Loan Balance as of the initial Cut-off Date.
Initial Reserve Amount means an amount equal to 8.75% of the Original Pool Balance (such amount to be funded by one or more Reserve Account Letters of Credit and/or cash from the net proceeds of the offering of the Notes, such cash portion to equal $0).
