Initial Ship definition

Initial Ship means Ship A, Ship B, Ship C, Ship D, Ship E, Ship F or Ship G.
Initial Ship means the 6,572 teu container vessel currently known as Hull No. 183 under construction by the relevant Seller (with the specifications set out in the shipbuilding contract dated 3 March 2005 made between Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines as buyer and the relevant Seller as builder, which shipbuilding contract is referred to in the Initial Contract) to be registered on its Delivery Date under the name and in the ownership of the Initial Borrower through the relevant Registry and under the laws and flag of the relevant Flag State with the name Agios Xxxxxxxxx;
Initial Ship means any of them; "Interest Payment Date" means the last day of an Interest Period;

Examples of Initial Ship in a sentence

  • A duly executed original of the Mortgage and the General Assignment in respect of the Relevant Initial Ship and of each document to be delivered under or pursuant to each of them together with documentary evidence that the Mortgage in respect of the Relevant Initial Ship has been duly registered as a valid first preferred or priority (as applicable) ship mortgage in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of its Approved Flag.

  • The System installed on the Initial Ship and to be installed by SeaVision on the Additional Ships shall consist of such hardware and software (a listing of which hardware and software shall also be included on Exhibit C attached hereto) as shall be determined and mutually agreed upon by the parties.

  • The installation of the System on the Initial Ship will be in accordance with the implementation schedule attached hereto as Exhibit D (the "Implementation Schedule").

  • SeaVision desires to provide to Carnival, and Carnival desires to obtain from SeaVision, the aforementioned interactive television services for use aboard M/S Imagination (the "Initial Ship") and such other Carnival Cruise Line-brand cruise vessels owned or operated by Carnival or Carnival-owned or Carnival-managed companies as, from time to time, may be designated by Carnival (all such cruise vessels, collectively, the "Ships" and individually, a "Ship").

  • Neither the Owner of Ship C nor (so far as that Owner is aware) any other person is in breach of any material provisions of the Charter Documents relating to Initial Ship C Charter to which it is a party nor has anything occurred which entitles or may entitle any party to rescind or terminate it or decline to perform their obligations under it.

  • The first installment of each Advance in respect of an Initial Ship (other than BULK JXXXXXX) shall be repaid on July 19, 2013.

Related to Initial Ship

  • Existing ship means a ship which is not a new ship.

  • Relevant Ship means the Ships and any other vessel from time to time (whether before or after the date of this Agreement) owned, managed or crewed by, or chartered to, any Relevant Party;

  • Ship means a vessel of any type whatsoever operating in the marine environment and includes hydrofoil boats, air-cushion vehicles, submersibles, floating craft and fixed or floating platforms.

  • Approved Manager means, in relation to each Ship, Allseas Marine S.A. a corporation organised and existing under the laws of the Republic of Liberia, having its registered office at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx and maintaining a ship management office at Voula Center, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx 000-000, 000 00 Xxxxx, Xxxxxx or any other company which the Agent may, with the authorisation of the Majority Lenders, approve from time to time as the technical and/or commercial manager of a Ship;

  • Commercial vessel means any vessel not owned and operated by the United States military or the United States Coast Guard.

  • Delivery vessel means tank trucks or trailers equipped with a storage tank and used for the transport of gasoline from sources of supply to stationary tanks of gasoline dispensing facilities.

  • Foreign flag vessel means any vessel that is not a U.S.-flag vessel.

  • Mortgaged Ship means a Ship which is subject to a Mortgage at the relevant time and, in the plural, means all of them;

  • Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.

  • Coastal vessel means any vessel exclusively employed in trading between any port or place in India to any other port or place in India having a valid coastal license issued by the competent authority.

  • Tank vessel means a ship that is constructed or adapted to carry, or that carries, oil in bulk as cargo or cargo residue, and that:

  • Covered vessel means a tank vessel, cargo vessel, or passenger vessel.

  • International shipment means the transportation of hazardous waste into or out of the jurisdiction of the United States.

  • Common Billing Agreement means an agreement between the Appointee and any other person under which that person has undertaken to pay, on terms agreed between them, charges for water supply or sewerage services, or both, in respect of two or more Houses which have a common Supply Pipe and which, in any case where that agreement relates to one of those services only, are also subject to a similar agreement for common billing between that person and the undertaker providing the other service;

  • Approved Flag State means the Xxxxxxxx Islands, Liberia or any other country in which the Agent, may in its sole and absolute discretion, approve that a Ship be registered;

  • Vessel means the vessel/craft belonging to the Contractor for carrying out the work.
