Initial Ship definition

Initial Ship means Ship A, Ship B, Ship C, Ship D, Ship E, Ship F or Ship G.
Initial Ship means the 6,572 teu container vessel currently known as Hull No. 183 under construction by the relevant Seller (with the specifications set out in the shipbuilding contract dated 3 March 2005 made between Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines as buyer and the relevant Seller as builder, which shipbuilding contract is referred to in the Initial Contract) to be registered on its Delivery Date under the name and in the ownership of the Initial Borrower through the relevant Registry and under the laws and flag of the relevant Flag State with the name Agios Xxxxxxxxx;

  • The Principal Manager’s Undertaking in relation to an Initial Ship, shall with effect from the Effective Date for that Initial Ship, be (and it is hereby) amended by deleting the words “Xxxxxxxx Islands flag” in the second line of paragraph 2 thereof and by inserting in their place the words “Liberian flag” (and each Principal Manager’s Undertaking (as so amended) will continue to be binding upon each of the parties hereto upon such terms as so amended).

Related to Initial Ship

  • Existing ship means a ship which is not a new ship.

  • Relevant Ship means the Ships and any other vessel from time to time (whether before or after the date of this Agreement) owned, managed or crewed by, or chartered to, any Relevant Party;

  • Approved Manager means, in relation to each Ship, Allseas Marine S.A. a corporation organised and existing under the laws of the Republic of Liberia, having its registered office at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx and maintaining a ship management office at Voula Center, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx 000-000, 000 00 Xxxxx, Xxxxxx or any other company which the Agent may, with the authorisation of the Majority Lenders, approve from time to time as the technical and/or commercial manager of a Ship;

  • Foreign flag vessel means any vessel that is not a U.S.-flag vessel.

  • Mortgaged Ship means a Ship which is subject to a Mortgage at the relevant time and, in the plural, means all of them;

  • Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.

  • Mortgaged Vessel means, at any relevant time, any Vessel which is at such time subject to a Mortgage and a Vessel shall, for the purposes of this Agreement, be regarded as a Mortgaged Vessel as from the date on which the Mortgage of that Vessel has been executed and registered in accordance with this Agreement until whichever shall be the earlier of (i) the payment in full of the amount required to be paid to the Agent pursuant to clause 4.3 or 4.5 following the Total Loss or sale respectively of such Vessel and (ii) the end of the Facility Period;

  • Tank vessel means a ship that is constructed or adapted to carry, or that carries, oil in bulk as cargo or cargo residue, and that:

  • Covered vessel means a tank vessel, cargo vessel, or passenger vessel.

  • Approved Flag State means the Xxxxxxxx Islands, Liberia or any other country in which the Agent, may in its sole and absolute discretion, approve that a Ship be registered;

  • Vessel means the vessel/craft belonging to the Contractor for carrying out the work.

  • Charter contract or "contract" means a fixed-term, renewable contract
