Initial Site definition

Initial Site has the meaning set forth in the definition of "Site."
Initial Site the initial geographic location participating in clinical trials at which the Software is used by the Subscriber for the Purpose, detailed further at Schedule 1.
Initial Site and “Initial Business Park” means the first site to be developed in accordance with this Agreement and it is more particularly described as the Initial Site in Exhibit B of this Agreement, and the Business Park developed thereon.

Related to Initial Site

  • Cell Site means a transmitter/receiver location, operated by a CMRS provider, through which radio links are established between a wireless system and a Wireless Phone Handset.
