The contractor shall give due notice in writing to the Inspecting Engineer of NITT when the materials supplied to be incorporated in the work are ready for Inspection and test.
The decision of the Inspecting Engineer as regards to the acceptance or rejection of equipment / work shall be final and binding to the Contractor.
