Construction Consultants definition

Construction Consultants means any third party experts, including the Inspecting Architect as may be retained by Lender from time to time for the purpose of inspecting the Improvements.
Construction Consultants means any and all architects, engineers, land planners, lawyers, general contractors, accountants, and all other consultants and contractors deemed, from time to time, by the Foundation to be necessary or appropriate to assist the Foundation in the performance of its duties pursuant to Article VI of this Agreement.
