Inspire Education Model definition

Inspire Education Model means the model educational services, programs and content licensed to a Charter School by Provenance under trademark.
Inspire Education Model or “Inspire model school” means a public charter operating an independent study program based upon the principles of academic flexibility and use of intellectual property licensed by Provenance, developed out of years of experience of Inspire Charter Schools.

  • By accepting the proceeds of a Revenue Anticipation Loan, the Participant Borrower shall be deemed to have agreed that its expenditure of such proceeds shall be solely for the Participant Borrower’s operation of its Charter School as a public charter school based upon, or duly licensed to operate under, the Inspire Education Model and as provided in the applicable laws and regulations, in the Participant Borrower’s charter and in furtherance of the Participant Borrower’s specific charitable purposes.

  • If the School is experiencing a projected funding shortfall, and a Related School or the District Office has sufficient surplus funds, the School may accept a temporary loan from the Related School or from the District Office to cover reasonable and necessary expenses and liabilities arising from the School’s operation of a public charter school based upon the Inspire Education Model.

  • If a Related School is experiencing a funding shortfall, and the Authorized Officer determines that the School has sufficient surplus funds, the School may temporarily loan funds to a Related School to cover reasonable and necessary expenses and liabilities arising from Related School’s operation of a public charter school based upon the Inspire Education Model.

Related to Inspire Education Model

  • Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.

  • Alternative education program means a school or separate class group designed to best serve students’ educational needs and interests and assist students in achieving the academic standards of the district and the state.

  • Cooperative education program means a written voluntary agreement between and among districts to provide certain educational programs for pupils in certain groups of districts. The written agreement shall be approved by all affected districts at least annually and shall specify the educational programs to be provided and the estimated number of pupils from each district who will participate in the educational programs.

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • Qualifying Educational Program means a program at a post-secondary school level of not less than three consecutive weeks duration that requires each student taking the program to spend not less than 10 hours per week on courses or work in that program.

  • Individualized education program or “IEP” means a written statement for a child with a disability as defined in 14 DE Admin. Code 922.

  • Individualized Education Program (IEP means a written statement for a child with a disability that is developed, reviewed, and revised in accordance with Sections 300.320 through 300.324 of 34 CFR.

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Educator preparation program means a planned sequence of academic courses and experiences leading to a recommendation for licensure by the State Board.

  • New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college. The proceeds of the certificates, as authorized by the Act, shall be used only to fund program services related to training programs made necessary by the creation of new jobs.

  • Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • General education means the compulsory school attendance phase as referred to in section 3 of the South African Schools Act, 1996 (Act No. 84 of 1996); and

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

  • Prescription monitoring program “PMP,” or “program” means the program established pursuant to 657—Chapter 37 for the collection and maintenance of PMP information and for the provision of PMP information to authorized individuals.

  • Diocesan Board of Education means that body constituted under the Diocesan Boards of Education Measure 1991 for the Diocese and any successor body;

  • Continuing education means planned, organized learning acts designed to maintain, improve, or expand a licensee’s knowledge and skills in order for the licensee to develop new knowledge and skills relevant to the enhancement of practice, education, or theory development to improve the safety and welfare of the public.

  • Paycheck Protection Program means loan program created by Section 1102 of the CARES Act.
