Public charter means a one way or round trip charter flight performed by one or more direct air carriers as defined pursuant to subsection (6) of this section and that is arranged and sponsored by a public charter operator pursuant to 14 CAR CFR 380.
Public charter means a one-way or round-trip charter flight to be performed by one or more direct air carriers that is arranged and sponsored by a charter operator; and
Public charter means a flight operated under the terms of a charter contract between KAI and a charter operator under the provisions of 14 CFR Part 380. It does not include scheduled air transportation, scheduled foreign air transportation, nonscheduled cargo air transportation, or private or single entity charter air transportation. It does not include flights operated under an exemption order issued by the Department of Transportation.

  • Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company, as in effect as of the Effective Date.

  • Charter Documents means, with respect to any entity, the certificate of incorporation, the articles of incorporation, by-laws, articles of organization, limited liability company agreement, partnership agreement, formation agreement, joint venture agreement or other similar organizational documents of such entity (in each case, as amended).
