Installed Renewable Capacity definition

Installed Renewable Capacity means the total MWAC nameplate capacity of all of the “Installed Plant” (as that term is defined in the Grid Code) of the ORESS 1 Project, but not including the capacity of any energy storage facilities such as battery storage systems.
Installed Renewable Capacity means, in respect of a RESS 4 Project, the amount of capacity which is physically installed and electrically capable of exporting MW, but not including the capacity of any energy storage facilities such as battery storage systems.
Installed Renewable Capacity means the total MWAC nameplate capacity of all of the “Installed Plant” (as that term is defined in the Grid Code) of the ORESS 1 Project.

Examples of Installed Renewable Capacity in a sentence

  • In any case Installed Renewable Capacity of the RESS 2 Project shall be no more than 120% of the Offer Quantity which was accepted into RESS 2.

  • In any case, the Installed Renewable Capacity of the ORESS 1 Project shall be no more than 120% of the Offer Quantity which was accepted into ORESS 1 (the “Maximum Installed Renewable Capacity”).

  • The metering of a RESS 3 Project must relate to the size and Installed Renewable Capacity of the RESS 3 Project (the minimum and maximum of which are set out in Section 6.4.16 of these Terms and Conditions).

  • The Project Information Document will detail the key characteristics of an ORESS 1 Project, including technical and spatial characteristics, the proposed final Installed Renewable Capacity – which must be equal in MW to the Offer Quantity – and the anticipated annual output (in MWh) based on P50 estimates.

  • The SAM tool will manage entitlements from enterprise licence agreements, purchases and other records, to automatically determine and optimise licence position against discovered software.

Related to Installed Renewable Capacity

  • Installed Capacity or 'IC’ means the summation of the name plate capacities of all the units of the generating station or the capacity of the generating station (reckoned at the generator terminals), approved by the Commission from time to time;

  • Available Capacity means the capacity from the Project, expressed in whole megawatts, that is available to generate Product. [For As-Available Product facilities only]

  • Nameplate capacity means the maximum electrical generating output (in MWe) that a generator can sustain over a specified period of time when not restricted by seasonal or other deratings as measured in accordance with the United States Department of Energy standards.

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Tank means an enclosed space which is formed by the permanent structure of a ship and which is designed for the carriage of liquid in bulk.

  • Sewage sludge weight means the weight of sewage sludge, in dry U.S. tons, including admixtures such as liming materials or bulking agents. Monitoring frequencies for sewage sludge parameters are based on the reported sludge weight generated in a calendar year (use the most recent calendar year data when the NPDES permit is up for renewal).

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Contracted Capacity means the capacity (in MW AC) contracted with MSEDCL for supply by the successful bidder at the Delivery Point from the Solar Power Project.
