Examples of Instalment Request in a sentence

  • A second prefinancing payment of 30% of the total amount (or the remaining 20% in the case of consortia running Masters’ programmes of one year) will be made within 45 days of the approval, by the Agency, of the "Second Prefinancing Instalment Request form" describing the third-country student and scholar mobility flows implemented so far and the use of the corresponding scholarship amounts.

  • After an Instalment Request Report (hereafter referred as “IRR”) has been approved by the PSC and submitted to MAE/DGCS by the PIC through IDC/UTL.

  • The technical and financial documents necessary for the implementation of the Project are the Operational Plan (OP), the Semi-Annual Reports (SARs), the Instalment Request Reports (IRRs) and the Final Technical and Financial Report.

  • Instalment Request Reports (IRRs) shall be used by the PIC, after approval of the PSC, to request MAE/DGCS for crediting of the remaining instalments, as per approved budget and according to the modalities and procedures detailed in the Agreement.

  • Instalment Date means each date specified as such in the Final Terms.

  • Payment request means any request for contract financing payment or invoice payment submitted by the contractor under this contract.

  • Instalment means with respect to each Mortgage Loan Agreement, each instalment due from the relevant Debtor thereunder and which consists of an Interest Instalment and a Principal Instalment.

  • Instalment Amount has the meaning given to it in Condition 1.07 (Bearer Covered Bonds);

  • Repayment Instalment means any instalment of the Loan to be repaid by the Borrower under Clause 5.1 (Repayment of Loan).

  • Adjustment Request means any formal or informal claim or request filed with any Tax Authority, or with any administrative agency or court, for the adjustment, refund, or credit of Taxes, including (a) any amended Tax Return claiming adjustment to the Taxes as reported on the Tax Return or, if applicable, as previously adjusted, (b) any claim for equitable recoupment or other offset, and (c) any claim for refund or credit of Taxes previously paid.

  • Investment Request means a letter in substantially the form of Exhibit A hereto executed and delivered by the Seller to the Administrative Agent and the Purchasers pursuant to Section 2.02(a).

  • Balloon Instalment has the meaning given in Clause 8.1;

  • Incremental Term Loan Installment Date shall have, with respect to any Class of Incremental Term Loans established pursuant to an Incremental Assumption Agreement, the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.10(a)(ii).

  • Direct Debit Request means the Direct Debit Request between Us and You.

  • Milestone Payment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Maturity Payment Date means the date falling on the fifth Business Day following the Valuation Date, provided, however, that if the Reference Portfolio Return is not determined on such Valuation Date because the date at which the Reference Asset Return of one or more Reference Assets to be determined is postponed, then the Maturity Payment Date will be the fifth Business Day following the latest of such postponed dates at which the Reference Portfolio Return is determined; in each case where the Maturity Payment Date is so postponed, there will be no interest or other compensation made in respect of any such delay.

  • Maturity Payment Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2 of this Annex A.

  • Support Request means a request for assistance received by Blackboard's Service Desk and/or Service Desk Infrastructure from an Authorized User, such as any answered phone call, answered email, or answered chat.

  • Installment Date as defined in Section 2.12.

  • Payment Date Advance Reimbursement has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(a)(iii)(A) of the 20[•]-[•] Servicing Supplement.
