If I wish to exercise rights related to my personal data held by the hosting CFA Institute Member Society or other organizer of my local Challenge event, I understand I must contact them directly.
I understand that my registration information will be shared with the hosting CFA Institute Member Society or other organizer of my local Challenge event for purposes of enabling them to conduct their portion of the Challenge as well as with third party vendors such as hotels and travel agencies as necessary to arrange for my travel to and accommodations at the Challenge.

Without the prior written consent of the Institute, Institute Members may not use either the name of the Institute, the Company or a “branded” name of the Institute or Company, trademark or image of any other Institute Members, the Institute, the Company, or DOE in any publicity, advertising, press release, or promotional activity or represent that any product or service of the Institute or another Institute Member is the product or service of the representing party.

As a condition of membership, and prior to acceptance as an Institute Member or receipt of Institute funds, applicants for membership will be required to certify that they agree to the terms and conditions in this Charter, the Operating Agreement, the Membership Agreement and all Institute policies and procedures.
Should it be found that Member has misrepresented its intentions as stated on Member’s application for Membership with the Institute, or intentionally misused or disclosed information distributed to Members by the Institute, Member agrees without contest or exception that Institute shall be entitled to cancel Membership and Member forfeiture of any dues already paid or the payment of actual damages, including the costs and expenses necessitated to bring litigation to recover such damages.
Upon payment of the membership fee, MEMBER shall become an Institute Member in the category indicated and shall be entitled to its benefits.
