Institute of Technology definition

Institute of Technology means an institution referred to in section 3 (amended by section 4 of the Institutes of Technology Act 2006) of the Regional Technical Colleges Act 1992;
Institute of Technology means the institute of technology at Washburn university.
Institute of Technology means polytechnics, institutes of technology, technical institutes and community colleges, and any corporation, trust or enterprise established by the Employer or the Governing Body of the Employer party to this Agreement.

  • New Technology means any invention, discovery, improvement, or innovation that was not available to the District on the effective date of the contract, whether or not patentable, including, but not limited to, new processes, emerging technology, machines, and improvements to or new applications of existing processes, machines, manufactures and software. Also included are new computer programs, and improvements to, or new applications of, existing computer programs, whether or not copyrightable and any new process, machine, including software, and improvements to, or new applications of, existing processes, machines, manufactures and software.

  • Licensed Patents means (a) all United States patents and patent applications listed in Exhibit A, as modified pursuant to Section 2.6.1, including patents arising from such patent applications; and (b) any re-examination certificates thereof, and their foreign counterparts and extensions, continuations, divisionals, and re-issue applications; provided that “Licensed Patents” will not include any claim of a patent or patent application covering any Manufacturing Technology.

  • Licensed Nurse means an Oregon licensed practical or registered nurse.
